What happens if a conversion fails
The reserved credits go back to your account.
The reserved credits return to your account. A delivered deck uses its credits even if it has slides marked for review. If a delivered result is unusable, contact us within 14 days with the file name; we review it and, if we agree, return the conversion credits.
