Shipping and delivery policy

How you receive what you buy from PurposefulDeck.
1. Nothing is shipped
PurposefulDeck is an online service. We don't sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.
2. Delivery of credits
Credits are added after payment is confirmed. If they have not appeared within an hour, email [email protected] with your payment reference. Do not pay again to resolve a missing-credit problem.
3. Delivery of decks
Converted decks are delivered online: open the deck's review page from your dashboard and download the PowerPoint once the conversion finishes. Review the result before sharing or presenting it. Processing time depends on the file; no fixed conversion time is promised. Our policy is to keep conversion files for 30 days after completion, so download your deck before then.
4. Exchanges
Because everything is delivered online, there are no exchanges. If a deck doesn't come out right, a delivered conversion that used credits can be converted again once for free within 24 hours of delivery; see our Cancellation and refund policy for failed conversions, unusable results and unused credit packs.
