1. Who we are

PurposefulDeck is run by WisdomDeep Digital (legal name: Vinith Joshua John; GSTIN: 32AIQPJ5334A1ZN), Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India, founded by Vinith John. In these terms, "we" means WisdomDeep Digital.

2. Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using purposefuldeck.com you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you use PurposefulDeck for your company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

3. What PurposefulDeck does

You upload a deck (PowerPoint or PDF, up to 30 slides and 20 MB) and choose a client's PowerPoint template or your brand. We place every slide, with its own layout, into that template and give you an editable PowerPoint file, before-and-after previews and a list of anything to check.

We keep your wording and numbers, but the result is an automated draft. Complex slides may need a quick fix in PowerPoint, and charts rebuilt from pictures must be checked against the original. You are responsible for checking a deck before you share or present it.

4. Your account

• One account per person. Keep access to your email and sign-in provider secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
• You must be 18 or older.

5. Your content

• You keep all rights to everything you upload and to the decks we produce for you.
• You confirm you have the right to upload it, including client templates, logos, brand guides and font files. Font files must be licensed for embedding in documents you share.
• You give us permission to store and process your files only to provide the service to you. We don't use them for anything else, don't share them with other customers, and don't use them to train AI.

6. Acceptable use

• Don't upload anything illegal, or anything you have no right to use.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits and security of the service, or access other people's files.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why.

7. Credits and payment

• New accounts get 1 free credit. Credit packs are one-time payments in US dollars through PayPal; there are no subscriptions.
• One credit converts one deck. A credit is used only when a deck is delivered, even if some slides are marked for a check.
• If a conversion fails, the credit returns to your account automatically.
• Each delivered deck can be converted again once for free within 24 hours, for example into another template.
• Credits never expire. If prices change, credits you already bought are not affected.

8. Refunds

• If you haven't used any credit from a pack, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying it.
• If a delivered deck is unusable, email us within 14 days with the file name. We will look at it and, if we agree, return the credit.
• Free credits and free re-runs have no cash value.
• To ask for a refund, email [email protected] from your account's email address. Refunds go back through PayPal, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

9. Files and deletion

• Conversion files (your uploaded deck, the converted deck, previews and reports) are deleted automatically 30 days after the conversion finishes. Download your deck before then.
• You can delete a conversion and its files from your dashboard at any time.
• Your saved logo, fonts, brand guide and client templates are kept so you can reuse them, until you ask us to delete them or close your account.

10. AI features

Google's Gemini AI reads brand guides and brand notes you provide, and the printed numbers in column-chart pictures. AI readings can be wrong, which is why a chart is only rebuilt when its numbers match the bars, and why rebuilt charts are always marked for you to check.

11. Availability and warranty

We work to keep PurposefulDeck available and accurate, but it is provided as is. We don't promise it will always be available, free of errors, or right for a particular purpose.

12. Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost business or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

13. Closing your account

You can close your account at any time by emailing us; we then delete your files and information as described in our Privacy policy. Unused paid credits in packs bought within the last 14 days are refunded as above.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, deal with any dispute. If you are a consumer, you also keep any rights the law of your own country gives you.

15. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. If a change matters, we will tell signed-in users before it takes effect. Continuing to use PurposefulDeck after that means you accept the change.
