The founder fixes it by hand, free, up to 3 slides per deck.
If a converted slide isn't usable, press "This slide isn't usable" on the review page and the founder fixes it by hand, free, within 1 working day (Monday to Friday, India time), up to 3 slides per deck. It isn't available for a deck whose files you chose to delete after download, because the founder can't open it.
