Can I upload confidential files?

Here is what happens to a file you upload. It is stored encrypted in your account's folder in Google Cloud's Singapore region. Slides are placed by fixed rules, not AI. Google's Gemini AI reads only the parts our privacy policy lists, such as chart pictures, and we don't use your files to train AI. No one at PurposefulDeck opens your files unless you ask us to, for a check by a person or about a result you report, and only the founder does that. Conversion files are deleted 30 days after completion, and you can delete them sooner from your dashboard. A PowerPoint chart copied across keeps its Excel data, including any other sheets in that workbook. If your client's agreement limits outside services, check it first. We do not remove passwords or file restrictions.
