Who can open my files, and when are they deleted?
Only the founder, and only when you ask.
Your files are not shared with other customers. No one at PurposefulDeck opens them unless you ask for a check by a person or report a problem with a result; only the founder does that. Our policy is to delete conversion files 30 days after completion and keep reusable brand files and templates until you remove them (from Your account) or your account. You can request deletion sooner from your dashboard. Google Cloud keeps a deleted file recoverable for 7 more days, as a safeguard against deleting by mistake; after that it is gone.
